Price Book
We like to keep things simple so you’ll find our internet prices below.
At present. residential customers have the choice of a monthly rolling subscription at our standard price or locking in a lower price with an 18-month contract. Business customers are able to take out a 24-month contract on our standard pricing.
Price Match
We will match any existing offer that is available to you and/or your property as long as you are able to prove that the offer is applicable and available to you and/or your property. The price match calculation will be based on the total contract value with the alternative broadband provider spread over an 18-month contract period. Please note social tariffs are excluded from being price matched.
Contract Buy Out
We will ‘buy-out’ the remainder of your contract with your existing residential broadband provider up to the value of £300.00 if you sign up to an 18-month contract with us. To qualify for the ‘buy-out’, you must also provide us with proof of your final bill from your existing residential broadband provider, which must include details of the costs of ending your contract early in a separate line item. From the bill, we need to be satisfied that the contract with your existing broadband provider belongs to you at the same property you have requested to receive our Service. If you are eligible for Contract Buy Out, you will receive a refund to your bank account after you have paid your first YouFibre invoice and have an active direct debit mandate with us.

Installation
A free standard installation is offered to customers who order our service where the Network Termination Equipment (NTE) that we need to install inside properties is no more than 100m from the Point of Termination.
If specialist surfaces, outbuildings or features must be navigated or reinstated, or if work over five metres in height, or if work with hot tarmac or more than 10 metres of concreate or tarmac area is required to reinstate your property, then a non-standard installation is required.
A non-standard installation will also be required where the socket we need to install in your home is more than 10 metres from your house entrance.
We will provide a quote for the non-standard installation after completing a survey to assess the work required. No work will be started until the survey results are available and any costs are agreed.
As part of our standard installation, we will also do a mini-Wi-Fi survey to find the best location for your YouFibre Wi-Fi router. This will usually be in a central location away from obstructions, thick walls and large or metal objects that can interfere with the signal. This location will be recommended to customers, but any location up to 10m from the NTE can be chosen. We will inform customers if we believe this will reduce your Wi-Fi range.
Early Termination Charges
There's a minimum term for most YouFibre products. If you cancel within this time, you'll have to pay an early termination charge. We will calculate the charge based on how long is left to run on your Contract. What you're charged depends on how long is left to run on your Contract. Please note that as of 29 November 2020, Early Termination Charges are subject to VAT.
Early Termination Charges are calculated as follows:
The remaining amount owed up to the end of the minimum commitment period, excluding VAT
· We then take off the costs we save (e.g., in payments to suppliers) as a result of leaving early
· A discount of 2% for early receipt of payment
· VAT is then applied to the final Early Termination Charge
