When will I receive my final bill after cancelling my service?

You’ll receive your final bill at the end of your billing month (e.g. on 15th Dec if you last paid on 15th Nov).

Your bill may include call charges, for those not already included in our YouPhone package, or a cancellation fee if you exit your contract early. Alternatively, your bill may be £0 if you’ve only used YouFibre or YouPhone services that you’ve already paid for and you aren’t in a 12 month contract.
